Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

We use Paystack for payment processing, this means you can make secure payments with your debit/credit cards on our platforms. Contact your bank if you have any issues while making payment

Orders within Abuja attract a delivery charge of Five hundred naira – One thousand Naira (N500.00- N1000.00).
Next day/24hours delivery applies within ABUJA only.

Delivery to other parts of Nigeria takes 2-5 business days(Monday- Friday) excluding National holidays.
Shipping cost to other parts of Nigeria starts from N2,500.00.

We will inform you about delays if any.

We offer worldwide shipping using the trusted DHL shipping services.
Delivery takes 3-7 business days, excluding weekends.

International Orders ship at a flat rate of $20 worldwide.

Belois offers exchange or returns for store credit, items or cash.  Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving order for an exchange or refund. After the 5th day, the item is considered final sale.

A product can be returned within the first 5 days of purchase in exchange for another product or cash back. However, Belois will receive return item in good condition first before any exchange/refund.

The customer is responsible for the delivery cost of the returned package as long as return items were delivered in good condition.

Sale items are FINAL and so not qualify for exchange or store credit.

Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your return/refund to be processed.

Click on Order Tracking at the bottom of the page, enter your Order ID in the box and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
